I decided to chose the topic of Frederick Douglass because I have always been interested in the movement to abolish slavery and the Civil War. I have learned the different techniques of how Frederick Douglass used to convince the people of the North to help with the abolishment of slavery in the U.S. My thesis would be like During the period of the abolishment of slavery, Frederick Douglass
tried in many different ways to help convince northern people to help with his efforts of the abolishment if slavery.
My topic is based on the different information that Frederick Douglass used to help convince the people of the North help with the abolishment of slavery. My topics of the information that he used: 1.Are to help convince those in governmental spots. 2. The effect of the southern delegates towards the abolishments of slavery. 3. Expressing to others about the treatment of slaves in the South. 4. Telling the people about the equality of all people in the South. 5. Expressing to the slaves about how they should act so they might be treated equally.

For the National History Day Project, I chose the topic of Fredrick Douglass and his rights and responsibilities of his actions to abolish slavery. This is an important topic because it can express the struggles of slavery during that time along with his specific actions to abolish slavery.
This week my to-do list is to get my annotated bibliography and some notecards for some of my specific sources related to Fredrick Douglass. For the annotated bibliography I want to find some secondary sources to add to my bibliography because I need a diversity of sources for my bibliography.

Me as Ralph
I just walked off the plane that crashed into a forrest on a piece of land that seems to be deserted and surrounded by water. I go to the ocean front and for as long as I can see I do not see any other land over the horizon. When I turn around I see a huge scar in the forest where the plane smashed through.
Later I meet a fat boy named Piggy and together we found a conch. I blew the conch and about 12 boys appeared from the brush and we gathered to discuss the island and ways of survival. Then a boy mentioned something about a leader and I was chosen leader. But from the start of the picking of the leader a boy named Jack was jealous of the position and really wanted. But we have no adults and no rules so what could go WRONG!!!!!!!!!!
