I am thankful for the trees
that provide shelter for those big and small.
I am thankful for the seas
that provide food for us all.
I am thankful for the air
that sustains life.
I am thankful for prayer
in times of strife.
I am thankful for loved ones
with roots so deep.
I am thankful for friends
that I work hard to keep.
In this world today
so filled with confusion.

I really like the use of your anaphoras. They make the poem flow really well. I really enjoy the end rhymes because it is fun to say, and brings me joy. And lastly, you really put those enjambents to work, but in the good way.
